Hi there, and thanks for visiting my website! I’m an illustrator from The Netherlands, currently living in the USA. In my work, I try to focus on inclusivity, positivity and LGBTQIA+ advocacy. I also enjoy surface design and love working on children’s products and gift packaging.

I have illustrated several children's books focusing on identity and the LGBTQIA+ community, including Being You and Together from the popular First Conversations series by Megan Madison and Jessica Ralli, and What Are You Words by Katherine Locke.

In 2022, I wrote and illustrated Gender Identity For Kids, a middle grade chapter book explaining the basics of gender identity to kids, caregivers, and teachers alike, published by Little, Brown Books for Young Readers.

Outside of illustrating, I like hanging with my cats, videogames, Dungeons & Dragons, shows about aliens, cooking and baking, and anything spooky or Halloween-related.

I am non-binary and use they/them pronouns. Non-binary means I don’t identify as strictly male or female. When referring to me in conversation, you can say “they’re an illustrator”, and use gender neutral words like person, partner, or sibling rather than man/woman, boyfriend/girlfriend, or brother/sister.
