Mahmoud v. Taylor - Supreme Court Case

On April 22, 2025, the Supreme Court of the United States heard oral arguments in the case of Mahmoud v. Taylor and will decide whether the Montgomery County, Maryland public school district has the right to include nine LGBTQ picture books, including What Are Your Words, in classrooms without allowing parents to opt their children out.
